So get out your seats and jump around"

I have been practicing jump rope double unders for a while now. A double under is when the rope passes under you twice in a single jump, and we do them a lot in CrossFit workouts. Today, I gave a triple under (whipping the rope three times in a single jump) a shot.
When I learned how to do double unders, I taught myself to jump a little higher while turning my wrist faster. The goal is to increase the height of the jump only slightly. With the triple under, I decided to jump super high and whip the rope super fast.
It only took me two tries to get it. Pretty awesome! Now I have to try to cycle them.
